The US condemns the Kabul attack and urges the Taliban to keep its promises. Ned Price, a spokesman for the State Department in Washington, has denounced the attack that occurred in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, and left three attackers dead and numerous others hurt.

At a Monday press conference, Price exhorted the Taliban to uphold its agreements with the international community.
